Terms of Service

 A deposit of 20% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Jaco Heaven must be advised at least 24 hours before check in should the booking need to add more guests.

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the check-in date:
A full refund will be provided, less a 20% cancellation fee based on the total booking amount.

• If a 20% deposit has been paid, this is non-refundable.
• If the booking has been paid in full, 80% of the total payment will be refunded.
  

Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date:
50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date:
100% of the total booking amount will be charged. No refund will be issued.

In the unlikely event that Jaco Heaven must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.

You'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat it with care and respect.

CHECKING IN AND OUT:

Check-in after 3:00 PM

Checkout before 11:00 AM

Self check-in with building staff

DURING YOUR STAY: 

6 guests maximum

No pets

No parties or events

No smoking 

ADDITIONAL RULES:

Please no bachelor party groups and no nightly guests allowed at this property.  We expect guests to tidy up after themselves before checking out, exceptionally dirty conditions will be subject to additional cleaning fee.
